Fixing Email Not Sending Issues
1. Check SMTP Settings
Make sure you are using the correct SMTP settings:
- Server: mail.yourdomain.com
- Port: 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS)
- Authentication: Required
2. Check Spam Folder
Emails may be landing in the recipient spam folder. Ask them to check and mark as not spam.
3. Verify SPF/DKIM Records
Login to cPanel → Email Deliverability → Check if SPF and DKIM are configured. Click Fix if issues found.
4. Check Email Queue
Login to cPanel → Track Delivery to see if emails are stuck in queue.
5. Port 25 Blocked?
Some ISPs block port 25. Use port 587 (STARTTLS) or 465 (SSL) instead.
6. Daily Sending Limit
Hoststack.pro allows 500 emails per hour per account. If exceeded, emails queue automatically.
