Creating Email Accounts in cPanel

Follow these steps to create a professional email like [email protected]

Steps

  1. Login to cPanel at https://server.hoststack.pro:2083
  2. Click Email Accounts under the Email section
  3. Click Create
  4. Enter your desired email username (e.g. info, sales, support)
  5. Set a strong password
  6. Set mailbox quota (or leave as unlimited)
  7. Click Create

Access Your Email

Webmail: https://server.hoststack.pro:2096

Outlook/Gmail: Use IMAP settings below:

  • IMAP Server: mail.yourdomain.com | Port: 993 | SSL: Yes
  • SMTP Server: mail.yourdomain.com | Port: 465 | SSL: Yes
  • Username: your full email address
